AI Services and AI-Generated Content

AI Services

Q. Anthony Advocacy Hub provides artificial intelligence ("AI") features designed to assist users with educational advocacy, case management, organization, document analysis, meeting preparation, productivity, and related services.

AI features are provided solely as tools to assist users and are intended to supplement—not replace—professional judgment.

When you submit information to an AI feature, you acknowledge and agree that the information you voluntarily provide may be processed by trusted third-party technology providers solely for the purpose of generating the requested response and providing the requested functionality.

You represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to upload or submit any documents, records, or information that you provide through the platform.

You remain solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and evaluating all AI-generated output before relying upon it.

Q. Anthony Advocacy Hub makes no representations or warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated responses.

AI-generated information may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information and should always be independently verified.

By using AI features, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.

No Legal, Medical, or Professional Advice

Q. Anthony Advocacy Hub is an educational advocacy, case management, and productivity platform.

The Services, including all AI-generated content, reports, recommendations, templates, document analyses, summaries, and communications, are provided solely for informational and organizational purposes.

Nothing within the Services constitutes:

  • Professional counseling

User Content and Uploaded Documents

Ownership of User Content

You retain ownership of all documents, files, notes, case records, educational records, images, communications, reports, and other materials that you upload, create, or submit through Q. Anthony Advocacy Hub ("User Content").

Q. Anthony Advocacy Hub does not claim ownership of your User Content.

User Responsibility

By uploading or submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the content or have all necessary rights, permissions, authorizations, and consents to upload, store, process, and share it.

  • Your User Content does not violate any applicable law, regulation, court order, or the rights of any third party.

  • You have obtained any legally required consent before uploading educational records, evaluations, medical information, correspondence, or other confidential information belonging to another individual.

  • The information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all User Content submitted through your account.

License to Process User Content

You grant Q. Anthony Advocacy Hub a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to store, process, transmit, display, analyze, and otherwise use your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services requested by you.

This license terminates when your User Content is permanently deleted from our systems, subject to any legal retention requirements.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload unlawful, defamatory, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading content.

  • Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services.

  • Reverse engineer, copy, or exploit any portion of the platform except as permitted by law.

  • Use the AI features to generate unlawful, discriminatory, fraudulent, or harmful content.

  • Impersonate another individual or organization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All software, designs, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, user interface designs, workflows, source code, AI systems, documentation, and other proprietary materials made available through Q. Anthony Advocacy Hub are owned by or licensed to Q. Anthony Advocacy Hub and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for your User Content, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, sell, license, or commercially exploit any portion of the Services without prior written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Q. Anthony Advocacy Hub disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of:

  • Merchantability

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Non-infringement

  • Accuracy

  • Reliability

  • Availability

  • Security

  • Continuous operation

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Services will always be available.

  • The Services will be uninterrupted.

  • AI-generated responses will be accurate or complete.

  • Uploaded documents will always be recoverable in the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

  • The Services will be free of errors.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Q. Anthony Advocacy Hub, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from or relating to:

  • Your use of the Services.

  • AI-generated content.

  • Uploaded documents.

  • Educational decisions.

  • Legal decisions.

  • Loss of data.

  • Service interruptions.

  • Unauthorized access despite reasonable security measures.

  • Reliance upon information generated by the platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the greater of:

  • The amount you paid us during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim; or

  • One hundred U.S. dollars (US $100),

except where prohibited by applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Q. Anthony Advocacy Hub, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your use of the Services.

  • Your User Content.

  • Your violation of these Terms.

  • Your violation of applicable laws or regulations.

  • Your infringement of the rights of another person or entity.

Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services at our discretion if:

  • These Terms are violated.

  • Fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected.

  • The security or integrity of the Services is threatened.

  • Continued access could expose users or Q. Anthony Advocacy Hub to legal or security risks.

You may stop using the Services and request account deletion at any time, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
