Whitney J. Hogans, M.A.
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Whitney J. Hogans is an accomplished educational leader, consultant, advocate, author, speaker, and facilitator with more than a decade of experience serving students, families, educators, and communities. Throughout her distinguished career, she has served in a variety of leadership and instructional roles, including Assistant Principal, Special Education Teacher, Teacher Development Liaison, Resource Teacher for Teacher & Paraprofessional Development, Adjunct Professor, Workshop Facilitator, and Educational Consultant.
Whitney's educational foundation reflects her commitment to both leadership and service. She holds an Associate Degree in Ethics from Mid-America Christian University, a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education and Interdisciplinary Studies from Liberty University, and a Master's Degree in Leadership in Teaching from Notre Dame of Maryland University.
From 2011 to 2026, Whitney proudly served within the Howard County Public School System, where she held numerous positions dedicated to student achievement, educator development, and organizational excellence. Her work spanned roles as a Paraeducator, Special Education Teacher, Teacher Development Liaison, Resource Teacher for the Office of Teacher & Paraprofessional Development, and Assistant Principal. In addition, she has contributed to the preparation of future educators as an Adjunct Professor at Bowie State University, Towson University, and Howard Community College.
As Founder and CEO of Q. Anthony Consulting, LLC, Whitney leads the firm's mission to empower families, schools, organizations, ministries, businesses, and community partners with the knowledge, tools, and strategies necessary to build truly inclusive environments. Through consulting, advocacy, and professional development services, she works to ensure that individuals of all abilities are seen, valued, supported, and provided meaningful opportunities to thrive.
What sets Whitney apart is her unique ability to blend professional expertise with lived experience. In addition to her extensive career in special education and leadership, she is also the proud mother of two sons, one of whom has Autism, ADHD, a Speech-Language Impairment, and an Intellectual Disability. Her personal journey as a parent and advocate has deepened her understanding of the challenges families face and strengthened her commitment to creating practical, sustainable solutions that improve outcomes for individuals with disabilities and those who support them.
Whitney is passionate about helping organizations move beyond awareness to action by implementing intentional, effective, and sustainable inclusive practices. Her work is grounded in the belief that every individual deserves to be embraced, respected, and empowered regardless of ability.
Whitney resides in Maryland with her sons, Quincy and Kevin Anthony, and their beloved dog Angelo.
